2021 Pinot Noir - Santa Cruz Mountain - Saveria Vineyard

This very foggy coastal vineyard is located four mile of apple Orchards. This delicate Pinot Noir exhibits aromas of tart plums flesh, black cherries, earthy notes, and cola. The palate is full of red cherry, sagebrush, raspberry, and hint of strawberry. This elegant and full-bodied wine integrates lots of fresh red fruits, mixed with vanilla from the French oak barrels, forest floor aromatics, and is supported by velvety and soft tannins. This wine will offer even more rewards after a few years in your cellar.
