2019 Pinot Noir - Sta. Rita Hills

With an elegant ruby color, this refined Pinot Noir is made from a vineyard located less than three miles from the Pacific Ocean. The wine reveals itself with velvety texture and mouth-filling flavors. It opens with fresh aromatics of red and dark cherries with hints of plum. On the palate, delicate entry of soft and ripe tannin, the wine continues into flavors of vanilla and slightly toasted oak. The blend exhibits a bright acidity, with a creamy and full texture and some very soft tannin.
