2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Black Mountain
Refined wine that slowly reveals a velvety texture and mouth-filling flavors.
It opens with aromatics of concentrated dark fruit. There is a lush entry of fine-grained soft tannins on the palate, followed by flavors of rich cherry, raspberry, black olive, green tea, vanilla, and hints of tobacco accented by a soft finish.
