This special wine from dry farm vineayard on the edge of Montbello Ridge is a berry explision with multilayers flavors and enticing aromas of black cherry, black berries, black currant, plum, rose petal, cracked black pepper and cedar chest.Only 50 cass produced- 10 cases remaining ( it won't last!). 95% Cabernet sauvignon, 5% Melot. Aged in 50% of French new oak for 29 months. 

 

 

2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Santa Cruz Mountains $65

Raspberries and vanilla, ripe blackberries with a hint of cracked black pepper, cinnamon and clove with savory undertones, thiswine is simply delicious. 100% Cabernet sauvignon aged for 30 months in 50% French new oak. 106 cases produced (Sommelier Challenge International Wine and Spirits Competition, Gold medal, 91p)

 

 

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Black Mountain $55

Refined wine that slowly reveals a velvety texture and mouth-filling flavors, with aromatics of concentrated dark fruit accented by a plush finish. 2017 Pinot Noir Santa Cruz Mountains $58

Fruit, floral, spice, red and black cherry, boysenberry and cracked pepper on the nose, with notes of jasmine, clove, violet and silky black currant.
