Charcuterie 101+ wine flight
This 2-hour event is the first of our series of educational tasting events.
With the guidance of The Scooter Chefs professional instructor - you will learn about various types of cheeses, meats, and more to put on your charcuterie platter for your events, which takes a little bit of science and a lot of experience!

Location: 900 Lightpost Way, Morgan Hill Ca
Program includes: 5 wine and charcuterie pairings (including our award-winning wines), discussing the food with tidbits and trivia, such as, what is the rind on brie cheese and can you eat it, why is some cheese yellow, what is the difference between prosciutto, coppa, and salami, etc. After the pairings, the class will assemble their own Charcuterie board, demonstrating a variety of ideas presented over the course of the evening. Our guests will then have around 30 minutes to socialize as they enjoy their own charcuterie plate.
