2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Santa Cruz Mountains
This complex and dynamic Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with layers of flavors. It has seductive aromas of ripe blackberries with hints of cracked black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, and clove with savory undertones. Medium garnet in color, the wine is well balanced on the palate with lush, and bright, and concentrated dark berries. The aging took place in lots of new French oak, giving a weighty palate structured by fine, powerful, tightly wound tannins and a balanced acidity.
