Superb blend of 2 Bordeaux varietals – Merlot from dry farmed Zaynte Vineyards in Santa Cruz Mountains and silky Cabernet Sauvignon from Bates Ranch, showcasing the finest coastal vineyards fruit. Luxurious milky dark chocolate, soy sauce, teriyaki, black cherry, vanilla, black walnut, roasted and fresh hazelnut. The wine is dense, creamy, very extracted and soft with an amazingly long finish. Prevalent tannins from French oak still firm and complex. This wine benefits from cellaring for over 10 years but worthy to enjoy now.

Handpicked barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc from West Paso Robles. The blend offers a rich, complex, smooth and elegant wine. Tasting Notes A deep rich color, this wine shows an elegant nose predominately black cherry, boysenberry, cassis and other berries. The finish exhibits dry leather, ample amounts of vanilla, hints of cinnamon, prunes, plums and the earthy cedar and forest floor. A very tannic wine, bold, fully extracted built for long cellaring.

Pairing suggestion: grilled burger with French fries, beef short ribs and other braised beef dishes. Roast or grilled lamb and Portobello mushrooms.
Named after winemaker Sofia's son, this blend has concentrated nose powerfully reminiscent of Syrah and the Northern Rhone, with notes of black pepper, black fig, dark chocolate, teriyaki, black olive and dry plum. On the palate, meaty and juicy with flavors of marinade, raspberry, toasted oak and white pepper. The mouth feel is long with supple tannins of black fruit and spice. Delicious now but with the concentration and extract to age for up to a decade.
